Pet Policy

Our pet-friendly New Bern apartments are designed to welcome every member of your household, including the four-legged ones. With a leash-free bark park, open green spaces, and nearby walking paths, your pets will feel just as at home as you do.

We allow up to two pets per apartment. There is a non-refundable fee of $300 for the first pet and $150 for the second, plus $30 per month per pet in pet rent. Breed restrictions apply.
